Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

Since each sketch is personalized and created exclusively for you, we generally do not accept returns unless there is an issue such as receiving the wrong product, incorrect size, or damage during shipping.

However, we proudly offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Once your pencil portrait is completed, we will send you a preview of your artwork. You have the freedom to request unlimited edits until you are completely satisfied with the final result. Only after your approval, we will proceed with dispatching your artwork.

If, upon receiving your final artwork, you find yourself less than fully satisfied, we will offer to redo until you're not fully satisfied, and this comes at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority:)

We offer two flexible payment options for your convenience, along with shipping conditions.

30% Advance, 70% Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Initial Payment (30%): To confirm your order, deposit just 30% advance payment using any online methods such as card or UPI.
  • Remaining Payment (70%): You can complete the payment upon delivery using Cash on Delivery (COD).

Note: This payment option is comes with standard (Normal) delivery, which typically takes 3-5 days for your sketch to arrive. If you require a faster delivery, we recommend considering our second payment option.
