Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy for our custom artworks. If you are not satisfied with the artwork you received, you can request a return to have the artwork redone until you are satisfied with the final result. This request must be made within 7 days of receiving the artwork.
Important Note: Before approving any return requests, we conduct a thorough quality check to determine eligibility. Due to the handmade nature of our products and our commitment to a 100% satisfaction guarantee prior to dispatch, this process helps us prevent fraudulent or spam return requests.
Return Conditions:
- The artwork must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. And customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for all returns, regardless of location (including international orders). We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for your protection. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Due to the handmade nature of the products we produce at Art Beniwal on orders, we generally do not accept returns unless there are specific issues such as:
- Receiving the wrong product
- Incorrect size
- Damage during shipping
In such cases, we will replace the item without question. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you encounter any of these issues.
However, we proudly offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Once your artwork is completed, we will send you a preview of the final result. You have the freedom to request unlimited edits until you are completely satisfied with the final result. We will proceed with dispatching your artwork only after your approval.
If, upon receiving your final artwork, you are not fully satisfied, you can return your artwork in compliance with our 7-day return policy detailed above.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If you have recently placed an order and wish to cancel it for any personal reasons, you can do so within 24 hours. If more than 24 hours have passed, cancellation will be granted at our discretion, as our artists often begin work as soon as the order is placed. If your artwork has already been created, we may charge a fee to cover the artist's costs.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or cancellation request and let you know if the refund or cancellation has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
