Our all artists specialized in their medium and have great experience turning photos into artworks. That's why we are confident that you will be fully satisfied with our artwork, or we will give your money back!

Cancellations

If you have recently placed an order, and for any reason you have changed your mind, wish to cancel your order.

You can only cancel if your artwork hasn't started yet. Usually, we start every artwork within 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

As, our products are fully personalized and designed only for you. That's why we do not accept returns, unless you received the wrong product, incorrect size or item is damaged during shipment.

In that case, we will of course replace it without any questions, and refund your all money back. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.

Unhappy with the final result?

After completion of your artwork, we will send you the final photo of your artwork for approval. You can approve, or request edits if needed.

As you approve it, then we will start packing and send it for delivery.

But if you request any edits, then we'll make corrections, until it doesn't become perfect, and you're not 100% happy with it.

With Art Beniwal, you have unlimited edits.

And after some edits if you're still not happy with the result, in that case you can request for refund, and we will refund your all money back whatever you have deposited.

Note - Please be aware that we create your artwork from the photo you provide us, the quality of the artwork is directly depending on the quality of the photo,

So, we have rights to quality check your photo & decide your request is valid or invalid.

Because, as you know, low-quality photos will result in low-quality artwork. So make sure to provide high-quality photos for the high quality of work.

But our artists use their full potential to create higher quality artwork as much possible with the blurry photos because as we mentioned previously quality is the only reason to make us special:)
